Returns & Refunds Policy

Our returns policy is carefully put in place as a part of our efforts in ensuring consumers are protected and are fully satisfied with both our products and services. 

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Submitting a refund request is still subject for approval and is a case to case basis. Items purchased from Amazon should be refunded via Amazon. Intelligent Labs monitors all claims to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will handle each refund request individually.


  •  Refund requests for any reasons must be sent to    
  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • In the event that multiple products of the same SKU were purchased, our money back guarantee will only apply to all products with the condition that the bottles were not opened , they are unused and they are in their original saleable condition
  • A return should be processed by you at the shipping address confirmed by our support team, for the remaining bottles to be eligible for a refund. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Intelligent Labs will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days from the delivery date and arrange shipment to RAD ONE LTD. ,Intelligent Labs (Contact  to know the return shipping address).
  • You bear the cost for the return shipment.
  • It is in its original packaging (bottle not opened).
  • It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition

If these requirements are not satisfied Intelligent Labs reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders are only eligible for cancellation and refund when their status is still undispatched.

Important: Some packages leave the warehouse as early as under 24 hours. In cases where the package is already in transit, customers must refuse the package upon delivery. A refund is only possible once the carrier has updated the tracking status to “returned to warehouse”.

Damaged/Expired item

To get a refund for damaged, or expired items, please send an email along with pictures to . Please include pictures of:

  • The LOT number/ Expiry date to be found on the bottom of the bottle ( sometimes could be shown on the outer packaging or product label)

Example, in the lot no: EXO50427A, the expiration date is May 04, 2027, following the format MM/DDYY.

  • Relevant pictures  of damaged product ( bottle seal, tablet/capsule issue, anything that can help us investigate)

Missing item

  • Out of Stock: Some products may have been removed from your order when they go out of stock. 

Rest assured that you will be receiving a refund once this happens. 

  • Split Shipments: Some orders may be split  into multiple shipments. Be sure to check for multiple tracking numbers in the order confirmation emails. Your item might still be on its way to you.

Wrong Item

  • In case you feel that you received a wrong item, please send us a picture of the actual item received and email us at  along with your order details for assistance . We will issue a refund/ replacement as soon as we conclude the wrong item delivery.

Delayed Shipment

  • Shipping partners/carriers may change the order tracking status to ‘Delivered’ up to 24 hours ahead of the actual delivery. If this occurs, we kindly ask that you wait at least 24 hours before contacting us at

Quality Issues

  • If you believe something is wrong with product quality, please contact us by email:  providing a full problem description and picture with product conditions, photos and lot number. We will do our best to provide you with an appropriate resolution.

Stolen Packages

  • Intelligent Labs is not responsible for any stolen packages. Once the assigned shipping carriers marked the order as delivered – the customers/building managers/receptions  must have full responsibility of package safekeeping. In case of theft, please coordinate with the authorities in your area.

Delivered to Incorrect Addresses

  • In cases where the shipping carrier is at fault, Intelligent Labs is responsible for the  reshipment or refund of the misdelivered items. 
  • In cases where the customers have entered an incorrect/unintended shipping address, Intelligent Labs should not be liable for exchange or refund of any orders with demonstrable delivered status and information
